Open Box Policy
We’re happy to offer an open box option to help you save on shipping! If you’d like to keep your box open to add more items to your order, simply type “OPEN BOX” in the notes section at checkout.

Once you request an open box, we will keep it open until you let us know to close it. When you're ready to close and ship your box, either send us a message or select “Close Box” at checkout with your next order.

Shipping
We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase. In rare cases, shipping may take up to 7 days during busy periods or live sales. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. We ship US, Canada and offer multiple shipping options at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your purchase, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses.

Crystal Insurance Policy
We currently ship orders through USPS and UPS. While we take extra care to package your crystals securely, we highly recommend adding shipping insurance to protect against potential loss or damage during transit, as we cannot be held responsible for items once they leave our shop.

Returns & ExchangesDue to the unique nature of our crystals, all sales are final. However, if an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Abandoning Boxes Policy

We kindly ask that all live sale claims be paid within 24 hours of the invoice being posted. Invoices are typically posted the morning following the live sale, and we will notify you via our Instagram story when they are available for checkout.

If payment is not completed within 24 hours, the following will occur:

1. Your claims will be considered abandoned and returned to stock.
2. You may be permanently banned from shopping with us in the future.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you are unable to complete your payment on time, please contact us immediately to discuss your options. Communication is essential, and we’re happy to work with you to avoid abandonment.

Please note: Failure to communicate or repeated payment delays may result in stricter terms for participation in future sales, such as requiring a deposit or limiting your ability to claim items.

Impact on Open Boxes
Unpaid claims will result in the cancellation of your current invoice and may impact any open boxes or pending claims.

Reinstatement Policy
If your shopping privileges are revoked due to abandoned claims, reinstatement may only be considered under special circumstances and at our discretion.
